Enrollment Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89134
The Enrollment Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of enrollment management, including recruiting and providing information to and support for families navigating the application and enrollment process, and leading retention efforts in collaboration with members of the Advancement team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Representing the school as an ambassador to motivate prospective students and parents to move through the admission process
• Serving as the primary point of contact who shares information about the school with prospective students and parents
• Maintaining the tour calendar and conducting tours of the campus
• Managing day-to-day communication with prospective students and parents
• Managing the admission process for each applicant from inquiry to enrollment
• Scheduling and creating personalized campus visits
• Managing the admission database, keeping statistics, and providing analytical reports on the admission and re-enrollment processes
• Maintaining organized and detailed notes for the Director of Advancement and Enrollment Management to facilitate effective outreach to prospective and current families
• Supporting the Director of Advancement and Enrollment Management in leading the student and parent ambassador programs
• Working with and supporting the Director of Advancement and Enrollment Management to develop strategies to meet the School’s enrollment objectives and plan and execute outreach and retention efforts
• Holding in strict confidence all matters pertaining to the school
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred four years minimum experience working in administration in education or in a communications-related field
• Polished and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills
• Poised, positive, empathetic, welcoming and gregarious disposition
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse constituents
• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adept at logistical thinking and providing lateral solutions
• Attentive to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, discreet, and respectful manner
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Google Suite, and database management, with an openness and ability to learn new programs
